DESCRIPTION
Hi, my name is Riley!
I am less than 3 years young and still show off some puppy traits. I love playing 'tug-tug' with my four year old human foster-buddy. I get really vocal when I play.
I know how to be gentle while playing, I go to great lengths to avoid landing on, biting, or scratching my foster-buddy. I like playing with him, but I REALLY enjoy playing with bigger humans more.
With my foster family I haven't been able to play with other dogs. While on walks, I LOVE walks, I do encounter a number of other dogs and I usually come across pretty assertive, so I stay on-leash. Walking 1-2 miles per day helps keep me happy. I sometimes like a good speed walk and other times enjoy smelling the roses.
I like to sleep on beds and give kisses. I also enjoy sitting on laps a lot!
It took me a bit to get used to my foster-family's back yard, so it might take me a bit to get used to yours.
I take baths well, but nail trimming… I do not like nail trimming…
I bonded with my foster mom quickly, but get a little nervous sometimes when her big kids get me ready for a walk. I learned who lived in my foster house quickly.
The more time you can spend with me, the happier I am!
