So he can learn the ropes on how to be a dog and leash from that other male or female dog. Other dog needs to be between 1 years old and 4 years old in the home Under 20 pounds will not accepted anything bigger then 20 pounds. He was part of an accident litter wasn't suppose to happen. Someone dumped this dog on this lady the original owner dumped the girl dog on this lady never came back for her. Next thing you know she was pregnant with bunch of babies other babies got given away. Now him and other sibling are left and mom.
